The simplest way: a link anybody can open. Use it when you do not need to know who answered, or when you are posting somewhere public.

Email invitations

Send to a list of addresses. Each recipient gets their own link, so you can see who has answered and send a reminder only to those who have not. Anybody who opts out is never mailed again, whatever list they later appear on.

Embedding

Put the survey in a page on your own site, either inline or as a popup.

More than one at once

You can use several collectors on the same survey. Responses are gathered together but you can still see which collector each one came through.
