Changing your plan

Upgrading

An upgrade takes effect at once, and you are charged the difference for the rest of the period rather than a full new one.

Downgrading

A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.

What you have already collected

Responses already gathered are never deleted by a plan change. Features your new plan does not include stop being available, but nothing you collected goes away.
